At FlexKicksNYC, we are committed to delivering your luxury sneakers and apparel with the utmost care and efficiency. Please review our shipping guidelines below:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on destination and shipping method chosen at checkout. Free standard shipping is available on orders over $250.

  • Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package’s progress.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. Additional duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: FlexKicksNYC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the shipping address provided is secure.

Return & Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please review our return and exchange policies:

  • Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

    • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

    • Products must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories included.

    • Sneakers must be returned in the original, undamaged shoebox.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, limited-edition releases, and customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a FlexKicksNYC error or a defective item.

  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

  • Exchanges: If you need a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
